I agree to arrive at the ELC Learning Centre in Monastir 15 minutes before my scheduled test time

I understand that if I arrive late to my test, I will not be permitted to take the test and will have to reschedule for another day and pay a penalty of 50% of the total cost of my test.

I agree to bring my government issued photo ID to the ELC Learning Centre, if I do not bring it, I understand that I forfeit my test and will have to reschedule for another day and pay a penalty of 50% of the total cost of my test.
